You need approximately USD 25 entry fees for visiting all the places listed below. You also have to add food and transportation expenses and hotel rent for this travel.

Day-1:

Most of places are at the remote area. So you have to rent car as a package from the office near bus counter. In this package they will take you Bandarban – Golden Temple – Meghla – Nilachol – Bandarban. Cost 5500 Taka ($64.77) for 4-6 person and 6000 Taka ($70.66) for 12-14 person. 15% Charge will be added.
If you are 3 person or less traveler, package will be costly for you. In that case, you can hire a CNG (3 wheeler) for the half day to go to Meghla and Nilachal and come back to town. But you have to bargain for fare. Early morning visit temple by ricksha. Soon after lunch rent a CNG. Go to 'Meghla' first. Then 'Nilachal' and enjoy sunset. After come back town, visit museum.


Meghla

It features a mini-safari-park, a zoo, boat journey, Cable Car, a hanging bridge and at the bottom of the hills artificial lake has been made.

How to go: It is located about 4 km from the town through Bandarban-Chittagong road.


Nilachal
Mountain

It is situated at Tigerpara. The peak is about 2000 feet above sea level. You can see the the vast landscape of Bandarban. In the rainy season you may get touch of cloud. In the evening you can enjoy beautiful view of sunset. During the winter season, it is awesome at the foggy morning. On the way to Nilachal, you can see many tribe houses and their living style.

How to go: Nilachal is 5 km away from the Bandarban town, on the way from Bandarban-Chittagong road. Before Meghla, it turns left.


Golden Temple
Buddhist Temple

Also known as "Buddha Dhatu Jadi". It is the largest Theravada Buddhist temple in Bangladesh and has the second-largest Buddha statue in the country.
The construction of the temple was started on December 25, 1995 and completed on February 5, 2000.
Short dress and shoes are not permitted to enter the temple.

How to go: You can go there by ricksha from town.


Bandarban Museum
Museum

This small museum exhibits the traditional cultures of the Hill Tracts. It also exhibits tribal dress, jewellery, statue of working women.

How to go: It is located in the city.




Day-2:

You must have to rent car as a package from the office near bus counter. In this package they will take you Bandarban – Milonchori – Shoilo Propat – Chimbuk – Nilgiri – Bandarban. Cost 6000 Taka ($70.66) for 4-6 seated and 6500 Taka ($76.55) for 12-14 seated. 15% Charge will be added. 3000 Taka ($35.33) will be added for night stay at Nilgiri.

Last stoppage is Nilgiri. You will find other three places on the way. Go to Nilgiri first. But, order lunch at chimbuk while are you crossing. On the way of return, visit Chimbuk and take your lunch. Then visit Shoilo Propat and Milonchhori. You can visit only Chimbuk and Shoilo Propat by bus. Bus goes to Roma from Bandarban via Chimbuk. But you will miss Nilgiri. So best option is to rent car. If you are solo, You can talk to your hotel staff, to find other traveler like you.


Nilgiri
Mountain

Nilgiri is one of the tallest peaks and beautiful tourist spot in Bangladesh. It is about 2200 feet high and situated at Thanchi Thana. It is about 46 km south of Bandarban.
In the rainy season you may get touch of cloud. In the evening you can enjoy beautiful view of sunset. During the winter season, it is awesome at the foggy morning.

Accommodation: There are beautiful resort on the top of the mountain, maintain by the Bangladesh Army. You have to confirm the reservation through army officer. There are three well furnished cottages ranging from 4000 Taka ($47.11) to 7000 Taka ($82.44). There are also three tents having 4 beds each 2000 Taka per tent. There is restaurant and helipad on the top. Electricity available from 6 PM to 9 PM.


Chimbuk

Chimbuk hill is another mountain in Bangladesh. Chimbuk is one of the most familiar tourist spot in Bandarban. Chimbuk hill is about 1500 feet high above sea level.

How to go: It is just 26 kilometer away from Bandarban Sadar towards south.


Sairu hill resort

Hill resort near Chimbuk area. Room rent start from 16000 Taka ($188.43). But until November you will get discount Sunday to Thursday 45% discount 8800 Taka ($103.64) and Friday and Saturday 25% discount 12000 Taka ($141.32).

How to go: Approximately 10 km from Shoilo propat towards Chimbuk.


Shoilo Propat
Waterfall

Shoilo Propat is one of the natural falls in Bangladesh. During the rainy season the flow of this fall becomes vigorous. There are two or three villages around it due to the availability of water. It is the good source for drinking water and household use for the local community.
There is a small market near the Shoilo Propat for trade local peoples handicrafts products and food.


Milonchhori
Hill Side Area

Milonchori is a hillside area. You can see the beautiful landscape. There are few hotels and resorts at this area.

How to go: It is located 3 km from Bandarban towards Chimbuk.




Day-3:

Prantik Lake
Park

Almost 25 acres Artificial Lake. Full area is about 69 acres where you will get open stage, Picnic Spot and Rest House.

Entry Fee: 20 Taka ($0.24).
How to go: From Bandarban you can go by reserve CNG. Fare 250-300 Taka ($2.94-3.53). On the other hand you can go by Bandarban-Chittagong local bus. Stop at Holudiya Bazar after Bajaliya Bus stand. From Holudiya bus stand go to 5 km away Prantik Lake by local or Reserve CNG. Reserve fare 100-120 Taka ($1.18-1.41).




Day-4: Rowangchhari

Go by bus from Bandarban bus stand to Rowangchhari. Fare 60 Taka. It takes 1.5 hour. Reserve Jeep (14 seats) may take 1200 Taka ($14.13).

Shilabandha Waterfall

How to go: Kochchhoptoly union is 10 km from Rowangchhari towards north. Go there by public jeep. It takes about 30 minutes and fare 30 Taka ($0.35) per person. Shilabandha para is about 2 km away from there. The waterfall is about 10 minutes from here.


Debotakum

How to go: First you need to reach Rowangchhari by public jeep. The fare is 60 Taka. Here you need to hire a guide, the cost is 500 Taka. From here by a public jeep go to 10 km north to Kochchhoptoly Union, fare 30 Taka. You can reserve jeep from Bandarban to Kochchhoptoly round trip, fare 3,000-4,000 Taka. At Kachchoptoly you have to enter your data in army camp and submit photocopy of your ID card. You cannot pass the camp after 1 PM. From there you have to go by engine boat. Fare 150 Taka per person. You have to pay 150 Taka for the guide also.
Then you have to walk about 15 minutes to the entry point of Debotakum. Entry fee is 150 Taka per person. Here you don't have to pay entry fee for the guide. Entry fee which includes round trip by boat to the end point. They will provide you life jacket. Then board the boat. The boat has to be changed due to stone obstacles on the way. When you change boats, you will see many "Vela" (made of bamboo) on the side. That too is free. You can choose the boat or "Vela" both are included free of charge in your entry ticket. If you choose "Vela", you have to drive yourself, which can be difficult but good for taking selfies, or you can go by boat
.




Day-5 to 7: Rowangchhari

Tinap Saitar or Paindu Saitar is one of the largest waterfall in Bangladesh.

How to go: From Rowangchhari, you have to hire a guide. Per day 500 Taka ($5.89) + Stay cost 150 Taka ($1.77) per night + Tips (as you wish). You have to buy food for lunch and dinner. Guide will tell you everything what to do. They are very reliable, you can trust on them. Then you have to go to Roninpara. Walking distance 6/7 hours. You can rent open jeep (locally called Chaand-er Gari). Cost one way 5500 Taka ($64.77). It will take 2-2.5 hours to reach. Stay in Roninpara at night. You have to inform at army camp. Guide will manage everything. Staying cost at Roninpara is 100-150 Taka ($1.18-1.77) per person.

Next day early morning start trekking for 13 km away Tinap waterfall. It will take 4 hours. On the way you will walk through Devachhora Para (village).
After visit Tinap Saitar you have to back Roninpara. Then you can stay that night or come back
to Rowangchhari by privately rented open jeep (Chander Gari).


For Tinap Saitar 3 days 2 nights tour. Expenditure for the guide purpose - 1500 Taka + 300 Taka (2 nights stay cost) + 500 Taka (3 days food cost) = 2300 Taka.
This 2300 Taka guide cost is fixed if you are single traveler or group. The cost is little high for single traveler. So it will be cheaper for you if you can travel in a group.
Now see, per person cost - 300 Taka (2 nights stay cost) + 500 Taka (3 days food cost) = 800 Taka.
So, if you are solo traveler, you have to spend approximately 3100 Taka.




Day-8: Ruma

Ruma is a Sub district of Bandarban. You can go to Ruma from Bandarban by Local Bus. Fare 80 Taka ($0.94). There are few hotels to stay in Ruma.


Munlai Para
Village

54 vom families are living in this village. There are many tourist attractions like kayaking, Tree top activities, Camping and Cottages are available in this village.

How to go: It is located Southeast from Ruma Bazar. From Ruma Bazar, the village is about 4 Km away. If you want to walk, you have to start early in the morning. You can also hire reserve boat or engine boat. Cost 500 Taka ($5.89).




Day-9: Ruma

Rijuk Waterfall

A nice waterfall you can see water flow throughout the year.

How to go: From Ruma Bazar, Rijuk waterfall is about 5 Km away. If you want to walk, you have to start early in the morning. You can also hire reserve boat or engine boat. Cost 500 Taka ($5.89).


Rijuk Para
Village

Village where Marma people are living. There is another Rijuk para on the top of the hill. Where Bom are living. You can visit both area.

How to go: It is located at the opposite of Rijuk Waterfalls.




Day-10: Boga Lake

Early in the morning start for Boga Lake.

Boga Lake is the most beautiful natural lake on the hill in Bangladesh. It is also known as Bagakain Lake or Baaga Lake. Boga lake is 18 kilometer away from Ruma Sadar. The area of this lake is about 15 acres. It is about 1246 feet above sea level.

How to go: You can hire Jeep or Micro bus for full day package. In this package they will take you Bandarban – Ruma – Bogalake – Bandarban. Cost 12000 Taka ($141.32) for 4-6 seated jeep and 14000 Taka ($164.88) for 12-14 seated open jeep (locally called Chander Gari).
For the cheapest way go to Ruma Upazila by bus, 80 Taka ($0.94). From Ruma by another public jeep, go up to Boga lake, 100 Taka ($1.18) per person. On the way you have to register your name, contact address and other details in the respective security camp. Remember that tourist are not allowed to leave Ruma for Boga lake after 4 PM.
Accommodation: You can stay many local rest house. Room rent 120-150 Taka ($1.41-1.77). Not comfortable, just spend the night. During full moon, you can enjoy the lake too.




Day-11: Boga Lake

From Boga Lake, start your journey early morning. You have to hire a local guide. It will be better, confirm a local-guide on previous day.


Chingri Waterfall

How to go: On the way of Keokradong, you will see this waterfall.


Keokradong
Mountain

Keokradong, the 5th highest mountain in Bangladesh after the Saka Haphong or Mowdok Taung (3,465 feet), Zow Tlang or Mowdok Mual (3,353 feet), Dumlong (3,314 feet), Jogi Haphong (3,251 feet).
Keokradong an elevation of 986 meters (3,235 feet).

Food: You can take lunch at Keokradong. On the way of Keukradong you will get many tea stalls where you will get dry food and fruits. Before reach the top of Keukaradang you will get restaurant. If you want to stay, talk to them. They will arrange. Stay cost 120-150 Taka ($1.41-1.77).
How to go: It will take 3 hours to reach on the top.


Jadipai Para
Small Village

How to go: Walk 30/40 minutes from Keokradong towards south. On the way you will go through the Pashing Para village.


Jadipai Waterfall

How to go: From Jadipai Para, walk 30 minutes to Jadipai waterfall.


Zingsiam Saitar
Waterfall

Also called Rumanapara Waterfall.

How to go: It is located east side of Keukradong. Keukradong - Passingpara - Sungsung para - Rumana Para


Double Waterfall
Waterfall

Also Called Tlabong Waterfalls.

How to go: From Keucradang to Pashing para village then walk 1000 feet down to Shushang Para. You can stay for 200 Taka ($2.36). From Shushang Para go to Double Waterfall.


* There are Few more waterfalls - Baklai Waterfall, Faipi Waterfall and Lung-Fer-Vaa-Saitar Waterfall (Keukradong - Thaikong para - Thingdoulote Para - Chhilopi Para or Double waterfall - Tarpi Sitar - Thing doulote para - Chhilopi para). They are more than 5 km from Jadipai Para. So I think you can omit these waterfalls and return back to Boga Lake. If you have time, you can return to Ruma or you can stay at Boga Lake at night. Then the next day early in the morning start for Thanchi from Ruma.




Day-12: Thanchi

You will get public jeep from Ruma to Thanchi. Fare 190 Taka ($2.24). There is a rest house in Thanchi bazar. Room rent 150-200 Taka ($1.77-2.36). Without spend the night in Thanchi, you can go to Tindu. Start for Tindu by Engine boat from Thanchi boat ghat. Stay at Tindu.


Tindu
Village

Tindu one of the most beautiful place you should never miss in your life. There is a army camp at Tindu. So the place is safe too.

How to go: First you have to take permission from BGB office. From Thanchi bus stand, go to Thanchi bazar through Shangu river. From Thanchi Bazar hire Engine boat and go to Tindu. Fare 800-900 Taka ($9.42-10.6) Per day. It takes about 2.20 hours to go. You need not to hire guide. The boat man will work as your guide.
Accommodation: Inform boatman that, you want to stay at night in Tindu. He will arrange the accommodation at Tindu. You can take your own tent or you can stay at Marma house made of cane. Not comfortable but you can easily spend the night. You can eat meals from the house owner. It is cheap. Food cost only 200 Taka ($2.36) for per day.


Langlok Waterfall

Also known as Liluk Waterfall. Its height about 388.9 feet.

How to go: About 2 hours from Tindu Bazar towards south via Bara Pathor.




Day-13: Thanchi

How to go: From Thanchi, hire a guide. Then start for Sherkorpara via Habru Headman Para. Stay night at Sherkorpara. Then next day early morning start for Tazing Dong mountain.



* You can return to Thanchi from Sherkorpara, or you can go to Sherkorpara - Thuisapara - Amiyakhum - Velakhum - Nafakhum - Remakri - Tindu - Thanchi.




Day-14: Thanchi

Consider it the highest waterfall in Bangladesh. Height is about 390 feet.

How to go: It is located on the way from Keukradong to Taging Dong. From Thanchi, it is about 45 km towards northeast.




Day-15: Remakri

Early in the morning start for Remakri. Thanchi to Remarki boat 200 Taka ($2.38) per person. If you want to reserve they will demand 3000-4000 Taka ($35.33-47.11) for tourist. Guide cost Thanchi to Remarki 500 Taka ($5.89) and Remakri to Nafakhum 600 Taka ($7.07).


Nafakhum
Waterfall

Nafakhum most probably the largest waterfall in Bangladesh. You can also say the Niagra Waterfall in Bangladesh.

How to go: from Remakri, start walking 3 hours journey. You will get Nafakhum.


* From Nafakhum you have to walk 3 hours to Shajiya para. Stay at night in Shajiya Para




Day-16: Shajiyapara

Hire a guide from Shajiyapara. Early in the morning start for Amiyakhum from Shajiya para

How to go: Walk 3 hours from Shajiyapara to Amiyakhum Waterfall.

How to go: It is located northeast from Amiyakhum. BGB may not permit to go there.


Satvaikhum
Canyon

How to go: From Amiyakhum ride on top, and you will get a way between two hill.



* After visit Satvaikhum back to Shajiyapara then Remakri. Stay the night at Remakri.




Day-17: Remakri

How to go: It is located southeast side of Remakri.




Day-18: Alikadam

Early in the morning start for Alikadam from Thanchi.
Another way to go Alikodom from Chokoriya, Cox's bazar. Buses and Jeeps leave from 7.30 AM - 6.30 PM and takes 1 hour 40 minutes. Bus fare 60 Taka ($0.71) and Jeep fare 65 Taka ($0.77). Reserve Jeep may takes 1200 Taka ($14.13).

There are not so good accommodation in Alikadam. You can stay at Daak Banglo. Not so well. Room rent 500 Taka ($5.89) and 1000 Taka ($11.78).


Ali Cave

How to go: Ali Cave is 3 km away from the town. You have to go up 150 feet through stairway.


Matamuhuri Bridge

How to go: It is located in Alikadam.


Rupmuhori Watefall

How to go: It is located 40 km away from town. From Alikadam Matamuhuri Bridge you will get engine boat on rainy season and speed-boat on dry season. Go to Kurukpata Poyamuhuri Bazar. Fare per person engine boat 200 Taka ($2.36) and speed boat 400 Taka ($4.71). Poyamuhuri Bazar held on Sunday. You will get available engine boat on Saturday and Tuesday. Return boat available on Friday. Reserve boat cost may 5000 Taka ($58.89). You have to take permission from Alikadam Cantonment. On the way of Poyamuhuri, there are 2 other camps. Where you have to entry. Another camp is on Poyamuhuri Bazar. There are 2 more waterfalls before Poyamuhuri Bazar. From Poyamuhuri Bazar walk 5 minutes. You will reach at this waterfall.


Tinap Waterfall

Also called Tuinum waterfall.

How to go: You have to go to Poyamuhuri Bazar from Alikadam. It is little far from Poyamuhuri Bazar.




Day-19: Alikadam

Also Called Tuk Au or Lamonoi.

How to go: By bike Panbazar to Aadu Para through Alikadam-Thanchi highway about 17 km away. Fare 250-300 Taka ($2.94-3.53). After 10 km from Alikadamm, there is a Army camp. You have to submit ID photocopy, phone number. You must have to return and reprort here before 5 PM.
From Adupara, hire a guide. It may cost about 1000 Taka ($11.78). You have to walk about 3 hours to reach. Pamilya Membar Para, Tamtoi Para, Namshak Para, Kakhoi Para, then you will reach at this waterfall.


Wangpa Waterfall

How to go: From Damtua waterfall, on the way of Aadu para, you will get Member para. From there a narrow road goes to right side. Wangpa waterfall is located there.


Dim pahar
Hill

How to go: It is located few km east from Wangpa waterfall.




Day-20:

Kristong Hill

How to go: By Boat from Panbazar Aamtoli Ghat in Alikadam to 13 km away Duhsori Bazar through Toino Khal. Or by bike, fare 200 Taka ($2.36). From Dushori Bazar, walk to Menkiu para. Then walk to Meniyang Para. Stay at night here. From Meniyang Para, walk 1.30 hours to Rungraung Tong. Then Khemchong para. After Khemchong para walk to Kristong Hill.




Day-21:

Thaan Kowain Waterfall

How to go: By Boat from Panbazar Aamtoli Ghat in Alikadam to 13 km away Duhsori Bazar through Toino Khal. Or by bike, fare 200 Taka ($2.36). Then walk to Thankuaine waterfall.


Palong Khiyang
Waterfall

How to go: From Thaan Kowain Waterfall walk to Hajiram Para. Then walk about 3-4 hours to Palong Khiyang waterfall.




Day-22:

Marayong Thong
Mountain

There is a Buddha Statue on top of the hill.

How to go: By bus from Alikadam to Chakaria and get off at the place named 'Abaashik'. Turn left and walk 3 hours. you will reach at this mountain.




Day-23 and 24: Lama

Early in the morning start for Lama from Alikadam.
Another way to go Lama from Chokoriya, Cox's bazar. Buses leave from 7.30 AM - 6.30 PM and fare 40 Taka ($0.47).

How to go: It is located about 200 meters from Lama Town Hall towards north.


Mirinja Valley
Valley

About 1500 feet high from Sea level.

How to go: It is located south from Lama.



* There are few more places you can go, such as Marma Para, Nodir Ghat or Bengal, Bilchori Buddhist temple, Lama to Manikpur boat ride.




Day-25: Naikhongchhari

How to go: It is located about 120 km from Bandarban but only 35 km from Cox's bazar. Easiest way to go from Ramu in Cox's bazar towards east.
