Malaysia is a country in Southeast Asia. The country has almost same two regions which are separated by the South China Sea. One is Peninsular Malaysia and another is East Malaysia. Peninsular Malaysia shares a land border with Thailand to the north and Singapore to the south and maritime border with Indonesia to the west. East Malaysia shares land borders with Brunei and Indonesia and a maritime border with the Philippines and Vietnam. Kuala Lumpur is the capital and largest city in Malaysia and situated in Peninsular Malaysia region.
Malaysia divided into 13 states and 3 federal territories.
