How to Reach Putrajaya

By Air: The nearest airport is Kuala Lumpur International Airport which will take 30 minutes by a taxi from airpot to Putrajaya. Taxi fare about 60 Ringgit

By Train: It is the fastest among public transport from Kuala Lumpur’s Sentral train station. Trains run every 30 minutes, take 20 minutes and the list price is 14 Ringgit one-way.
By Bus: It is the cheapest among public transport. Bus service is provided from 6:30 AM until 10 PM. Bus fare one way is 3.5 Ringgit. It takes 30 minutes - 1 hour to reach.

Prime Minister Office

This is official residence of the Prime Minister of Malaysia. You cant go in, but you can see from outside and take photos.
How to go: About 3.5 km from Bus stands towards north.


Taman Botani

Botanical Garden

Visiting Time: 9 AM to 5 PM.
Entry Fee: Free but if you want to visit Moroccan Pavilion inside the premises then you have to ticket. 3 Ringgit for adult and 1 Ringgit for student.
How to go: From Seri Pardana walk 1.5 km towards south to a bridge. cross the bridge and turn left towars north to the garden.


Moroccan Pavilion

Art Gallery

Also called Astaka Morocco. It is a part of the Botanical garden.
Visiting Time: 7 AM to 7 PM.
Entry Fee: 3 Ringgit for adult and 1 Ringgit for student. Ticket available at Botanical Gardens Visitor Centre.
How to go: 300 meters walking distance from Botanical Garden.


Istana Melawati

Palace

Istana Melawati is the second national palace of Malaysia's Supreme Head or the King Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz, after the Istana Negara in Kuala Lumpur. Construction of the palace began in 1999 and was completed in 2002.
How to go: Walk 250 meters from the main road of Taman Botani towards north. Then turn right to the palace.


Taman Putra Perdana

Visiting Time: Monday to Friday - 7 AM to 8 PM. Weekends, School and Public Holidays - 7 AM to 10 PM.
Entry Fee: Free.
How to go: Near Istana Melawati and Taman Botani.


National Heroes Square

War Memorial

The National Heroes Square is a monument and war memorial in Putrajaya, Malaysia.

How to go: About 1 km from the central of Taman Putra Perdana Park.


Perdana Putra

Beautiful Landmark

It is the Prime Minister' office. Construction began in 1997 and was completed in early 1999.
How to go: Walking distance towards south from Taman Putra Perdana.

How to go: Putra Square is 300 meter circular place. Perdana Putra, Putra Mosque, Putra Bridge is situated around this.

Putra Mosque

Construction of the mosque began in 1997 and was completed in 1999.
How to go: It is situated at the west side of Putra Square.


Putra Bridge

It was constructed in 1997.
How to go: It is situated at the south side of Putra Square.


Taman Wawasan

Great place to walk, jog, cycle or just relax.
Visiting Time: 8 AM to 6 PM.
Entry Fee: Free.
How to go: It is on the right after crossing the Putra bridge from Putra Mosque.

Seri Wawasan Bridge

Bridge

Seri Wawasan Bridge also called Bridge No. 9.
How to go: It is about 650 meters from Putra Bridge towards southwest.

Istana Darul Ehsan

Palace

It is one of the royal residences of Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah. It is constructed on 20th November 2000.
How to go: Cross the Seri Wawasan Bridge. Then walk right towards north about 800 meters. You can see on the bank of the lake.

Skyrides Festivals Park

There you will get few exited game such as Skyrides Balloon, Sk Warrior, Sky Buggy.
Visiting Time: Sunday to Thursday - 10 AM to 10 PM. Friday to Saturday - 10 AM to 12 midnight. SkyKids is open from 10 AM to 7 PM every day.
Entry Fee: Free with other ticket you buy.
Ticket cost: Balloon Ride - 73 for foreign adult, 45 Ringgit for local adult and 65 for foreign child and 35 Ringgit for local. Sky Warrior Rainforest Challenge - 35 Ringgit for unlimited attempts. Sky Kids - 20 Ringgit.
How to go: Besides the Seri Wawasan Bridge.

Millennium Monument

National monument in Putrajaya.
How to go: It is on the bank of the lake. Besides Skyrides Festivals Park.

Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque

Mosque

Second principal mosque in Putrajaya after Putra Mosque. Construction began since April 2004 and was fully completed on August 2009.
How to go: It is 350 meters walking distance from Millennium Monument towards south and 400 meters walking distance from Palace of Justice towars west.

Palace of Justice

Beautiful Architecture

Court of Malaysia. Construction started    in 2000 and completed 2003.
How to go: 400 meters walking distance from Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque towards east.

Monorail Suspension Bridge

It is still an incompleted bridge.
How to go: About 350 meters walking distance from Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque towards south.

Nice lights at night.
Visiting Time: 9 AM to 11 PM.
Entry Fee: 5 Ringgit for adult and 1 Ringgit for child and disabled.

China-Malaysia Friendship Garden

Visiting Time: 6.30 AM to 7 PM.
Entry: Free.
How to go: Besides Anjung Floria and Seri Saujana Bridge.

Seri Saujana Bridge

The Seri Saujana bridge, also called Bridge No 8. The bridge looks like Sydney Harbour Bridge in Sydney, Australia.
How to go: Besides China-Malaysia Friendship Garden.

Seri Gemilang Bridge

How to go: Seri Saujana Bridge walk to Dataran Gemilang towards south. The bridge starts after the Dataran Gemilang.

Taman Seri Empangan

How to go: From Dataran Gemilang, walk south and cross the Seri Gemilang Bridge. The park is on the right hand side.

Entry Fee: Rock climbing - 6 Ringgit for adults and 3 Ringgit for Students. Skate Park & Thrill Park - Free. Mountain Bike Trail - Free.
Rock Climbing Equipment Rent for 3 hours: Climbing Rope - 15 Ringgit, Harness - 5 Ringgit, Climbing Shoes - 5 Ringgit, Chalk Bag - 3 Ringgit, Belay Device - 4 Ringgit.
