Jhenaidah is a district in southwestern Bangladesh. It is a part of the Khulna Division.

It is bordered by the Kushtia District to the north, to the south by Jashore District and West Bengal of India, to the east by Rajbari District and Magura District and to the west by Chuadanga District and West Bengal (India) on the west.

From Magura: Bus takes 50 minutes from Vaina Mor (ভায়না মোর) to reach Jhenaidah. Fare 40 Taka

Miar Dalan (মিয়ার দালান)

Ruined Architectural Building

An old landlord house situated on the northern side of the Nabaganga river in Sadar thana of Jhenaidah district. The house is currently broken. The construction of the main gate of the building are poetically engraved. The building, which was completed in 1236 AD. It is said that there was a tunnel under the Nabaganga river from the house. The entrance to the tunnel can still be marked.
How to Go: From Arappur ( আরাপপুর ) Bus Stand walk few meters towards kushtia road. then turn first right side. Hire a Van /Ricksha will take 10/20 Taka to go to there. Its hard to get transport during back so you can hold the Van / Ricksha if you stay 10 minutes.

How to go: It is far from Jhenaidah Sadar. Go to Kaligonj sub-district (on the way of Jashore) by bus from town. From there go to 10 Kilometer away Mallikpur by auto.
