How to go: The northern end of the trail starts from Gold Street in the Alviso town and headed towards south along the Guadalupe river. It passes east side of San Jose International Airport. It passes near the east side of San Jose Diridon station. Finally the trail ends at Almaden Lake Park.

Calero County Park

4,455-acre park. There is a Calero Reservoir or also called Calero Lake inside the park is the main attraction of the park.
Visiting Time: 8 AM to Sunset.
Entry Fee: Free.
How to go: It is located at 23205 McKean Road.
* There are few other parks near around Calero Country Park. Such as New Almaden Quicksilver Mining, Almaden Quicksilver County Park, Santa Teresa County Park.
Coyote Creek Trail

30.1 km northwest-southeast trail for hiking, jogging and bicycling.
How to go: It starts from Highway 237 Bikeway in San Jose and headed to southeast 6 km in San Jose and 24 km out of San Jose. It passes VTA light rail Cisco Way station, San Jose Flea Market, Berryessa BART Station, connects to Hellyer County Park. The it headed out of San Jose and passes Hellyer County Park, Hellyer Park Velodrome, Coyote, California, Santa Clara County Model Aircraft Skypark and end at Anderson Lake County Park.

Cunningham Lake

Artificial lake in Lake Cunningham Park.
Visiting Time: 8 AM to Sunset.
How to go: It is stands next to Reid–Hillview Airport.

Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph
Church
The original church was built in 1803. It was damaged by earthquakes in 1818 and 1822. The new church was built in 1846. This second church was severely damaged by Hayward earthquake in 1868. The third church construction began in 1869. It was also destroyed by fire in 1875. Temporarily the fourth church was built elsewhere nearby. The fifth and current church was built in 1876-1885.

Eagle Rock

Eagle Rock Loop is a 4.3 km loop trail also called North Rim Trail Hike. There is a Science and Nature Center. It opens from Tuesday to Friday - noon to 4 PM and on Saturday and summer it opens from noon to 4:30 PM. Entry Fee 1 Dollar.
Alum Rock Park is California's oldest municipal park, founded in 1872.
Parking: The parking lot near the main entrance is free and inside the park is 6 Dollars. On Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day — parking rises to 10 Dollars.
How to go: Eagle Rock Parking is about 15 km from San Jose Diridon station towards northeast.

Winchester Mystery House
House
Sarah Winchester, a wealthy widow, came to Santa Clara and bought an unfinished farm in 1884. She began building her mansion. the house had been seven stories high, but Today it is only four stories. Winchester died on September 5, 1922 and all of her possessions (apart from the house) were bequeathed to her niece and personal secretary. In February 1923, five months after Winchester's death, the house was opened to the public.
The Winchester Mystery House has 160 rooms including 40 bedrooms, 40 staircases, 13 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, 10,000 window panes, 2,000 doors, 52 skylights, 47 fireplaces, three elevators, two basements and just one shower.
Entry Fee: 1 hour Mansion Tour - 41.99 Dollars for adult age 13-64, 34.99 Dollars for senior age 65 and above and 19.99 Dollars for child age 5-12.
How to go: It is located about 2.85 km from Municipal Rose Garden towards southwest at 525 S Winchester Boulevard.
