Kuakata Sea Beach
Kuakata with a beach length of 18 kilometers. Due to the geographical location, the sunrise and sunset scenes only can be enjoyed from this beach. Sunrise is best viewed from the Ganga-Moti canel bend at the east end of the beach. The best place to visit the sunset is the Kuakata Western Beach.

Historical WellIt is reported that in 1784 the Burmese king captured Rakhine's motherland, Arakan, so many Rakhine left the place and looking for shelter thay sailed their boat on the Bay of Bengal. On the way, they found a sandy island on the banks of the Bay of Bengal and settled there. They dug a well (Bengali: Kua) here for sweet water, which is inadequate to use the sea water. From then on, the place is known as 'Kuakata'.

Boat

ForestOn the west side of the Andharmanik river, the forest named Fatrar Forest. Though it is in the Borguna district but it is easy to go there from Kuakata. There are no wild animals in this forest.
How to go: You have to go there by engine-boat from Kuakata.
