From Bali Airport, you have to go to Sanur, from where the boat leaves for Lembongan.

Public Slow Boat: These large wooden outrigger boats leave Sanur at 10:30 AM and cost 100,000 Rupiah ($7.16). The journey takes about 1.5 hours and is great fun. Public Speed Boat: The public speed boat leaves Sanur at 9 AM, 12:30 PM and 4 PM and takes 30 minutes to reach Lembongan. Return boats leave Lembongan at 8 AM, 10:30 AM and 3 PM.

Perama Boat: The Perama bus and boat company has great connections throughout Bali and Lombok and is a great option if you are coming from somewhere other than Sanur, but are still looking for budget prices. The boat leaves Sanur at 10:30 AM and leaves Lembongan at 8:30 AM, with tickets costing 100,000 Rupiah ($7.16) for one way and 175000 Rupiah ($12.53) for return. Rocky Fast Cruises: For comfort and style, try one of the Rocky boats. This company offers a complete package and provides transport door to door throughout south Bali.
