Lakshmipur (pronunciation: Lokkhipur) is a district in Chattogram Division of Bangladesh.

Lakshmipur is bordered by Chandpur District to the north, Bhola and Noakhali districts to the south, Noakhali District to the east, and Barishal and Bhola districts to the west.

Lakshmipur district is divided into 5 upazila or sub-districts (Lakshmipur Sadar, Ramganj, Raipur, Ramgati, Kamalnagar).
