Feni is a district in Chattogram Divistion of Bangladesh.

Feni is bounded by Comilla district and Tripura state of India on the north, Noakhali and Chattogram districts on the south, Tripura state of India on the east, Noakhali district on the west.

Feni district is divided into 6 upazila or sub-districts (Feni Sadar, Daganbhuiyan, Chhagalnaiya, Sonagazi, Parshuram, Fulgazi).
